I’ve been making Bisquick vegan pancakes for pretty a while. I mean, if it’s higher than “from scratch,” then why I could undergo any more effort? Bisquick is vegan using nature. However, the pancake recipe requires milk and eggs. Hmm. I do away with the egg and just used my non-dairy milk. Introduced the “soften in your mouth” substances on the returned of the container, and voila! Instructions
  1. Mix the first four ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add one cup of milk and stir. Slowly add a remaining half cup, until the consistency is to your liking.
  3. For fluffier pancakes, let the batter sit for a few minutes before cooking.
  4. Heat pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or coat with butter (try Earth Balance) or oil.
  5. When hot, pour a ¼ cup or less of batter onto the pan, depending on how big you want your pancakes.
  6. TIP: Usually you can tell it's time to flip the pancake when bubbles pop up through the pancake and the holes left behind don't fill in.
  7. Cook both sides until golden.
