1. Drink water
Before starting the fast, drink, a great amount of water, especially in summers as in summer the day is long and the person gets more dehydrated as compared to winters. So avoid dehydration you must drink at least 5 to 6 glass of water. It is also advisable to drink yogurt, juice as it helps to reduce thirst for the time. Drinking more pure water is also healthier for your skin.
2. Eat Nutritious Food
One of the fasting tips is this that you must eat something before starting the fast. Focus on nutritious food as it will help you to stay strong and you will not feel weak because of fasting. Add fruits and dry fruits in your diet as it contains a lot of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Try to use or eat nutritious foods in your daily routine.
